To the best of my knowledge, neither over the air TV stations or cable stations have a way of doing this. The best way to track the effectiveness of your commercial is to create a method yourself – such as having people go to a specific website, call a specific phone number, respond to a specific offer that is unique to the TV ad, or track sales in a specific test market during a test run of the ad in that market.
